Post Malone’s “White Iverson” Certified RIAA Platinum

Post Malone’s debut single “White Iverson” just received an RIAA platinum certification for digital downloads in excess of 1 million. This makes for the Dallas, TX artist’s very first platinum plaque.
“White Iverson” has become a global phenomenon. Its combined worldwide streams across Spotify and Apple Music alone now exceed 110 million. Meanwhile, the music video has garnered over 81 million YouTube/VEVO views. His brand new single, “Too Young,” is set to impact Urban and Rhythm Radio starting February 2. There’s a lot of excitement surrounding his forthcoming full-length major label debut, out later this year through Republic Records.
Kicking off Friday February 5 in Silver Spring, MD at The Fillmore, Post Malone will hit the road this winter as direct support to Fetty Wap on the 2016 Welcome To The Zoo Tour. Dates and cities can be found below. Post Malone shows no signs of slowing down in 2016.
The platinum certified “White Iverson,” with production assistance from FKi, first put him on the map last year. It vaulted to the Top 10 at Apple Music and Spotify in addition to capturing #1 on Shazam’s Hip-Hop chart. He’s also been sought out for collaborations with the likes of Kanye West, 50 Cent, and more.
