Pop culture fans flocked to the Ontario Convention Center in CA and got a chance to meet their favorite actors from The Lost Boys, SAW, The Walking Dead, Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, and Scream, to name a few.

From creative cosplay to autograph signings and tons of vendors selling T-shirts, patches, pins, bags, Funko Pop, and other merch, the event was entertaining and a must-attend event for all horror fans.

Unlike the Creep I.E. Con Aftermath convention, this event did not have live music or a Lucia Libre wrestling ring outside by the food trucks. However, the celebrities in attendance made up for it including Jason Patric, Alex Winter, Cassandra Peterson aka Elvira, Tobin Bell, Jon Bernthal, Billy Wirth, Jamison Newlander, Chance Michael Corbett, Scott Ian of Anthrax, Roger L. Jackson, and Jamie Kennedy, among others.

Know Before You Go

Parking typically costs $20 and there’s lots of it so you don’t have to worry about parking spots running out. Tickets are better purchased ahead of time and once at the convention center, simply show the QR code to gain entry.

Make sure to bring cash as celebrities typically accept cash only for selfies and autographs. When it comes to food, there are plenty of food trucks outside and make sure to bring your debit or credit card as some are cashless.

There’s lots of walking so wear comfortable shoes. I wore my sneakers with cloud like memory foam. Always stay hydrated since there’s lots of walking. Note, a bottle of water costs $4 so, you’ve been warned.

Overall Thoughts

This was my second time at a Creep I.E. Con event and it did not disappoint. Horror conventions are fun and I love supporting small business vendors.

If you haven’t attended a pop culture convention, definitely make your way to Creep I.E. Con and you’ll enjoy seeing your favorite celebrities, visiting booths that sell horror merch, and you’ll even get to eat some tacos or burgers once you’re there.

Have you attended Creep I.E. Con? Let me know.
