On October 30, 2026 former child star and Legal Limit front woman, Lisa Foiles, will host a Halloween event at the Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas, NV. Her museum house band will dress as characters from The Nightman Cometh and perform punk versions of its songs. Add Halloween covers, themed cocktails, and a costume contest, and you’ve got a party built for people whose sitcom taste is as questionable as their hearing.

You might recognize Foiles from her four seasons as a series regular on Nickelodeon’s All That. She describes herself as a “former child star turned rock star,” although “punk brat” might be more accurate. Her comedy background still shows up onstage along with jokes, band banter, and theatrical performances as part of the package. I just know social anxiety hates to see her coming!
The museum gives her room to run with it.
Foiles describes the place as her own Cheers bar, somewhere she can walk in and find people who know her name. After performing at events and hosting punk rock karaoke, she was approached about putting together a house band for a monthly party. Legal Limit became her chance to play the songs she loves with musicians who share the enthusiasm.
Foiles also sings at other Las Vegas venues, where recognizable hits tend to drive the setlist. At the museum, Legal Limit can dig into the Misfits, Pennywise, Dead Kennedys, and other bands represented on the walls around them.
Foiles says the evening will begin with an acoustic set before the band launches into the bigger show. Planned covers include AFI’s “Halloween,” the Ramones’ “Pet Sematary,” and plenty of Misfits material. Oingo Boingo’s “Dead Man’s Party” was also under consideration when we spoke.

The Chats’ “Identity Theft” makes the Halloween cut, too. As Foiles points out, there’s nothing scarier than identity theft.
The Always Sunny theme brings another audience into the mix. Apparently, the early response has been enthusiastic, with one friend of Lisa’s friend’s planning an entire birthday celebration around the event. For her, connecting with people who love both the show and punk music is part of the fun.
Her advice to other bands follows the same idea: find your audience, talk to them directly, and share moments that feel like you. Legal Limit’s Halloween party gives her plenty to work with.
Doors open at 8 p.m. on October 30, 2026, at The Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas. Lisa says the night will feature Always Sunny themed specialty cocktails and a costume contest with prizes for first, second, and third place.
“It’s gonna be a party, gonna be the best party in Vegas on that night,” she said. “I’m very confident about that.”
With punkified Nightman Cometh songs on the agenda, subtlety has already left the building.
