Thousands of DEADMAU5 fans flocked to the historic Belasco Theater, one of Downtown Los Angeles’ most venerable landmarks, to celebrate the theater’s official grand opening this past Saturday. The Belasco Theater, located at 1050 South Hill Street in Los Angeles, attracted a number of fashionable party animals all looking to dance to the sounds of Circuit Banger, Porter Robinson, LARiots and DEADMAU5.

“We have carefully restored this beautiful theater into a world-class entertainment facility, providing the expanding downtown music scene with an un-paralleled, high-energy nightlife experience,” says the Belasco Theater GM Charlie Ybarra. “We’re are excited that Belasco will be one of the key contributors to the economic and cultural vitality of Downtown Los Angeles.” Saturday’s event was a kick-off to Belasco Theater’s weekly residency, Legacy Saturdays.
