
It’s easy to get caught in a negative spiral of hating on yourself, hating on others, and being envious of friends, and even successful family members. Reading “The Vortex” by Esther and Jerry Hicks was eye-opening and taught me to think positive to avoid attracting the things I don’t want into my life, (Law of Attraction). Here are some of my favorite quotes from the book, which will hopefully reform fellow “hating ass bitches,” as we head into the new year. 🤣🙏
As my New Year’s resolution, I’m on a mission to snap out this behavior of being negative and complaining to friends and family. While venting is a form of therapy, I’m not trying to be a bummer every time I talk to the people I care about. I almost ruined a family vacation by venting to my brothers non-stop during our Central Coast, CA trip.

“If you are chronically complaining and not feeling good, it means you’ve trained yourself into a Vibration that just won’t let life get really good for you. So you say, ‘Well, I’ve got a lot to complain about.’”
“There is no reason to deliberately stir up problems in order to stir up solutions.”

Hopefully, these quotes have taught you something. While repetitive, I think it teaches us to be grateful, think positive, and good things will come to us via the Law of Attraction.
