The Los Angeles Convention Center was home to thousands of fitness fans on July 10-11. For those into healthy eating, trying workout supplements, and bodies that look sculpted by the gods, this was the place to be. Attendees got to witness bodybuilding competitions, sample a ton of products while meeting their favorite influencers.
Highlights
One of the biggest highlights of The Fit Expo Los Angeles was the bodybuilding competitions. Competitors showcased years of dedication, discipline, and symmetry, creating an atmosphere that felt both intense and inspiring. Even for non-bodybuilders, watching the athletes on stage was motivating and impressive. I was inspired to hit the gym since I was surrounded by body goals.
Another standout was the overall energy of the expo floor. With brand activations and influencers walking around, the convention center felt lively without being overwhelming. The crowd was diverse and welcoming, ranging from hardcore gym-goers to casual fitness fans. We saw people of all ages.

Product Spotlights
The Fit Expo is heaven for anyone interested in supplements, protein snacks, and wellness products. Dozens of brands were set up offering free samples, making it easy to try products before committing to a purchase.
Popular categories included protein powders, pre-workouts, hydration mixes, energy drinks, and high-protein snacks. Many booths had knowledgeable brand representatives who explained ingredients, flavor options, and how to use each product effectively. It was one of the best ways to discover new fitness products in one place.

Activities
Beyond shopping and sampling, The Fit Expo Los Angeles offered a variety of interactive activities. Live workouts, fitness demonstrations, influencer meet-and-greets, and ongoing competitions kept the event engaging throughout the day.

No matter where you walked, something was happening—whether it was a lifting demo, posing routine, or live Q&A. The constant activity made the expo feel dynamic and well-organized.

Parking
Parking near the Los Angeles Convention Center can be limited during large events like The Fit Expo. Several paid parking structures are located nearby, but prices vary and spaces can fill up quickly during peak hours. We paid $35 to park near the South Hall.
For a smoother experience, arriving early or using ride-share services is recommended, especially if you plan on spending several hours exploring the expo floor.
