Stage setup for the 2025 Maxim Hot 100 Party featuring vibrant lighting, signage, and decorative elements, with a DJ area and audience in the foreground.

On August 29, 2025, MAXIM celebrated the 30th Anniversary of its iconic Hot 100 Party at Eden Sunset in Hollywood, presented by Berry Bly Productions and Teatro. The event took over Eden Sunset at 6521 W Sunset Blvd. and pulled in supermodels, tastemakers, and VIPs.

Maxim delivered: gold carpet arrivals with Getty flashes, curated influencers, immersive light shows, LED walls, luxury brand showcases, and a runway engineered for Instagram + TikTok virality.

Watch the recap video below:

Celebs and Influencers

In attendance this time around was Kendra Wilkinson, Audrina Patridge, Aubrey O’Day, Ines Trocchia, Suzie Malone, Anna Bellisi, and Giovanna Layman, to name a few.

This year’s 30th anniversary served up over-the-top bottle service, world-class DJs, and “the right kind of beautiful chaos” until last call.

The Vibe and Ambiance

Multi-levels of sound and eye candy, four full-service bars and every corner consisted of hot models, influencers, and industry players. Attendees also had a chance to enter to win a Gucci Labubu by simply following Pain in the Assets on IG and posting a story tagging them. (Unfortunately, I didn’t win).

With LED walls and light shows pulsing against the club’s architecture, the space became a playground designed for 1,200+ guests to lose themselves in the moment. The vibe? Luxury chaos, drenched in champagne, cameras, and designer fits.

The Runway

The Maxim Runway stole the spotlight—curated for social media virality and serving as Instagram gold and TikTok takeover territory. Influencers and models slayed under the LED glow, transforming each strut into its own mini-event. The place was aspirational. Every face card was elite, every body on point and honestly, I was like, let me put on my Athleta fit and hit the gym more.

💃 A personal highlight? Spotting fellow Filipinos like model Jessica Flores and photographer Dela.Smooth holding it down.

Every camera phone was out. Every moment screamed “post me.”

The Live Music

From the moment the doors opened at 9:00 PM, music was everywhere—part concert, part soundscape. Live performances provided the soundtrack of the night with bass drops that had the crowd vibing in unison.

Chastity Ashley aka NEON PONY

Chastity Ashley (aka NEON PONY) lit up the stage with reflective sequins and drumming-meets-house music energy that had the whole crowd moving in sync.

Watch her performance below:

The DJs

Headliners behind the decks included DJ Dantz (Lemon Soda recording artist), and Greg Cerone. Each set was a pulse-raiser, moving bodies from gold carpet glam to after-midnight sweat without skipping a beat.

Outside by the runway, DJs provided the soundtrack for the fashion show creating an awesome vibe.

DJ Splyce

DJ Splyce played the latest BPM hits and everyone danced around the runway. Every song was a banger and even the photographers were dancing.

DJ Daddy D

DJ Daddy D had the place bouncing and you can see him in the video clip below.

The DJs weren’t just playing songs—they were architects of the night, layering Hollywood heat with global festival energy.
