Fitness enthusiasts of all ages gathered at the Anaheim Convention Center on August 3, 2025. Attendees watched bodybuilding competitions, enjoyed free samples including supplements, energy and hydration drinks, protein bars, T-shirts, and more. Fitness celebrities and influencers were also at their booths for fan photos. Keep reading for the event recap.

Body Building Competitions

One of the highlights was watching the bodybuilding competitions.

Onsite Activities

At the Mach-1 booth, a mechanical rock wall was set up for people to compete and earn the best times.

At the US Army booth, pull-up competitions were being held. There were other “Strong Man” challenges at various sections of the convention.

One of the highlights was seeing the women compete in weightlifting challenges.

Another highlight was watching the dunk challenge, where a guy jumped over a woman, which got a great reaction from the crowd. People cheered and screamed in unison.

Walking through the venue, there was an arm wrestling tournament where fans entered for a chance to win raffle prizes.

An interesting booth I came across was where people could “Hang for 100 Seconds to win $100.

Multiple pull-up challenges were found at various booths and it was entertaining to watch.

There were long lines for Jay Cutler and Sam Sulek.

Having attended Comic Con, Oddities Curiosities Expo, both Creep I.E. and Horror Con, I must say the Fit Expo was one of my favorites. If you love all things health and wellness, this event is a must-see. If people watching is your thing, there was plenty of buff people and I heard them complimenting each other’s physique.
