The Travel Goods Show held at the Las Vegas Convention Center drew hundreds of industry professionals, content creators, brands, and distributors March 25-27. One of the highlights of the show was the awards ceremony where a number of brands were recognized.

The People’s Choice award went to SlumbaPak – the Game-Changing Travel Accessory for Kids. SlumbaPak keeps children cozy and at ease during travel, with its integrated headrest, armrests, and footrest, plus a privacy hood for added comfort. The footrest adjusts easily, folding into a flat sleeping space so little ones can lie down and rest comfortably, no matter how long the trip.

The Osprey Squffel 44 won the award for the Best Travel Bag. It’s a square, split-case clamshell NanoTough duffel. It’s lightweight, durable, flexible, comfortable and available for Spring 2025. Osprey was founded in 1974 to innovate and inspire adventure.

Eagle Creek won the award for Best Travel Luggage with their new Tarmac collection, which is known for durability. The brand started out of Idyllwild, CA by the pioneers of outdoor adventure. They recently released a new forest green color. Eagle Creek products offer a full range of solutions aiming to be a one stop shop, click and play brand.

Peak Design won the New Product of the Year for their Roller Pro Carry-On luggage. The luggage contains an “impossibly thin” and strong trolley. Daniel Dan showcased its hybrid soft and hard construction for better access for travelers, photographers and those in between. This is the brand’s first rolling luggage via Kickstarter.

Pelican Products, Inc. won the award for Travel Products of the Year for the ATX Product Line. They are known for their premium hard-sided luggage designed for the adventurous traveler. In their line, they also offer the hard/soft combination with their Aegis series. The company operates in approximately 32 countries with 17 international sales offices, and 8 manufacturing facilities worldwide.

Lastly, the Travel Goods Winner of the Year went to Briggs & Riley. The brand is favored by business travelers and those who prioritize long-lasting, repairable luggage over fast-fashion baggage trends.

Overall, the awards show was great and it was uplifting to see all the winners on stage enthusiastic and proud of their hard work as well as the recognition of standing out amongst the crowd.
