Nestled within The Platform in Culver City, where the old Soul Cycle used to be, Margot is a boho chic restaurant offering “family style” coastal mediterranean cuisine. The ambiance, food, and chill vibes make this a restaurant a new favorite. Serving both mocktails and cocktails+wine, this restaurant didn’t disappoint. Valet parking is available at 3950 Landmark St. for $15 per hour but beware that you can pay $20 max if you’re enjoying a long dinner (like I did). There’s a parking structure across the street, which is cheaper. Keep reading to learn why Margot is a new fave.

Dinner started at 7:30pm where we were seated immediately. Then, we placed our drink orders. The Espres-so-self Martini was deliciously strong and I would order it again. Our server recommended a 5-6 family style plates for our table of 4 consisting of:

  1. Charred broccoli with garlic yogurt, black garlic vinaigrette and feta ($22)
  2. Potatoes Bravas with smoked paprika aioli ($16)
  3. House made focaccia with Spanish pimento cheese ($18)
  4. Campanelle with pesto rosso, zucchini, and burrata ($34)
  5. Bone-in pork chop with black garlic miso, corn cream, and pickled chiles ($38)

Charred Broccoli

One of my favorite items on the menu recommended by our server James G.

House made focaccia with Spanish pimento cheese

Loved the super soft buttery toasted focaccia. I spread the pimento cheese on top of the bread and this was definitely filling!

Campanelle pasta with pesto rosso, zucchini, and burrata

The Campanelle with red pesto was super cheesy and the zucchini offered a delish freshness.

Bone-in Pork Chop

The bone-in pork chop was delicious, not dry and the pickled chiles gave a bit of a kick.

Overall, every plate that came out was delicious and for a table of four, we had leftovers to take home. Our bill came out to a little over $200. I might go back to Margot for my birthday dinner since I loved it so much.

Reservations can be made on Resy.
