Common Space Brewery and Coolhaus Introduce a Dessert Beer

A new collaborative beer with Coolhaus Ice Cream and Common Space Brewery just hit the streets timed with National Ice Cream Sandwich Day. The beer was inspired by the Chocolate Chip Tahitian Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Sandwich from Coolhaus. Shoutout to the Common Space Brewery team for giving us a sample.

This beer is creamy, malty, with a hint of sweetness and is the perfect summer beverage and I can attest, it’s great to drink while unwinding after a long day working from home during quarantine. According to Common Space Brewery, “This collaborative beer was brewed with Pure Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla Extract and Dutch Cocoa Powder, brining a delicate sweetness to this 7.0% ABV dessert and adult beverage. The Milkshake Dessert Beer, aka the ‘ice cream sandwich beer’ will be available for the first time at Common Space Brewery for pick up, local delivery, at at select retailers starting Friday, July 31, 2020.
