Matt Bachmann and Ben Gordon brewed up the idea of Wandering Bear last year while both were Columbia Business Students. Working 60 hours and often seven days a week, they established themselves as one of the city’s most innovative cold brew coffee brewers. Their coffee is made fresh: roasted in Brooklyn and delivered to their kitchen in Queens, where they brew two days a week. The boxes come with a “FlexTap” airlock that keeps air from getting in an downgrading the flavour.
