Luis Mendoza and Yesica Medina debuted their Luica Fall 2012 Collection at Project Ethos this past Los Angeles Fashion Week at the Avalon in Hollywood. For those unaware, Project Ethos is known to showcase up and coming trends in music, fashion and art. This year, the event launched ProjectEthos.tv and for the first time since we’ve seen, Luica designs.
The Luica Fashion collection consisted of men and women’s wear in bold colors including nightfall, ultramarine, royal purple, crimson, azure and magenta. We saw designs for women ranging from short to long dresses, plunging necklines, sequin, see-through lace and even an outfit that reminded us of a wide-flare power suit, ideal for any corporate female.
We also saw two looks for men including an innovative take on a vest reminiscent of a toga design and a bright royal purple top paired with a sheer vest and pants fit for any rock star.
